He established the collective with Mao while he was a college freshman in 2014. It was only a small group that worked as a contract killer quartet that purges criminals and unjust government officials; consisting of him, Mao, Kharon and Dahlia. He then thought of expanding the group in 2017, after the additions of Trwst and Juniper. Now, sitting in a solid nine, the collective is deemed complete and continues to work in the shadows.
